The Challenge
The Standard Hotel faced a botanical crisis: vital green areas had been neglected due to a sudden vacancy in their plant maintenance role. The roof garden, terrace, and internal spaces, including 30 guest rooms, were suffering from pests, drought, and a lack of attention. An underutilised irrigation system compounded the problem, requiring a renewed vision to meet the hotel's esteemed standards.
Our Solution
Initiating our intervention with comprehensive consultations, we assessed each green space's unique challenges and potential.
Reviving and supplementing the existing flora, we quickly enhanced the aesthetics of key areas, ensuring immediate improvements.
Our technical expertise enabled us to optimise the existing irrigation system, reducing manual labour and allowing for more strategic greenery management.
Rather than focus on plant replacements, we started a plant revitalisation program moving weaker plants to other areas where we could bring them back to their best.
